Data Scientist [Mid-Level]

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data, transforming them into actionable insights that will help optimize company processes and strategies.

Technology: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with predictive models and RAG (Recurrent Attention Generative) models.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and clean data from various sources.
• Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create dashboards and reports for data visualization.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, business, marketing, etc.) to understand needs and implement solutions.
• Ensure data is used ethically and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Big Data projects and technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience with Dataiku and Cognite (will be a significant advantage).
• Certifications in data science or machine learning.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
