We’re seeking an experienced AI Full-Stack Engineer / Developer (m/f/d) responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end solutions that incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities while maintaining expertise in both front-end and back-end development.


This AI Engineer / Developer (m/f/d) plays a key role in developing and deploying AI-driven applications by working across the entire technology stack—both frontend and backend—while integrating machine learning models into production systems.


The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between AI research and real-world applications by integrating AI models into scalable, user-friendly software solutions.


Tasks

AI/ML Development



  • Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms (e.g., NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems)

  • Deploying AI models into applications using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-Learn.

  • Optimizing models for performance, scalability, and efficiency

  • Develop and maintain AI-powered features and functionalities

  • Optimize ML models for production environments

  • Integrate AI services and APIs into existing applications


Full-Stack Development



  • Building and managing APIs to serve AI models (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, or Django).

  • Handling data processing pipelines and integrating AI models with databases and cloud services

  • Ensuring security, authentication, and access control for AI services

  • Enhancing UX/UI by leveraging AI capabilities (e.g., personalized recommendations, intelligent automation).

  • Deploying AI models to production environments (cloud/on-premise) using Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless computing

  • Automating CI/CD pipelines for AI applications

  • Familiarity with deep learning architectures

  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices

  • Implement database solutions and data pipelines

  • Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsive design

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code


Performance, Optimization and Scaling



  • Ensuring AI applications are scalable and performant under different workloads

  • Optimizing API response times and reducing computational costs

  • Implementing caching strategies, parallel processing, and distributed computing


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Additional certifications in AI/ML or product management (preferred)

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience

  • 3+ years of experience with AI/ML technologies

  • Programming – Python, JavaScript (Node.js), Java, or Go

  • AI/ML Frameworks – TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, Hugging Face

  • Backend – Flask, FastAPI, Django, Node.js

  • Frontend – React, Angular, Vue.js

  • Databases – PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

  • Cloud & DevOps – AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform

  • MLOps – Model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management

  • Proven track record of successful AI project implementations

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Team collaboration

  • Project management capabilities

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
