What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking an experienced Senior C# Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, distributed systems using cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, event-driven microservices and distributed systems using C#.
• Architect and build solutions based on the Microsoft Orleans framework, leveraging its virtual actor model for distributed applications.
• Develop and manage high-performance, real-time event-driven applications using Apache Pulsar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, ensure system scalability, and optimize performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and share knowledge of advanced concepts related to C# development, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and resilience of all distributed services.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in the context of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
  
  

Knowledge and skills you need to have

• 5+ years of professional experience in C# development, with a deep understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns.
• Solid experience working with Event-Driven Architectures (EDA) and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Proven experience with the Microsoft Orleans framework, including building and deploying distributed applications using virtual actors.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Pulsar for message streaming and event processing.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, high-availability architectures, and designing fault-tolerant solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, with a focus on deploying event-driven solutions.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in an agile environment.
• Spanish & English conversational fluency.
