• A NOC Engineer is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the IT infrastructure, ensuring network systems run efficiently and with minimal downtime.
• They act as the first line of defense in identifying and resolving network and system issues, ensuring high availability and performance for enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor network infrastructure and systems in real-time to identify and respond to alerts, anomalies, or outages.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues related to routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and other hardware or software.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as patch management, configuration backups, and software updates.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users and escalate more complex issues to higher-tier support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve problems efficiently. Technical Skills:
