💼 About the Role

You'll work hands-on with Azure Data Platform tools, helping design and implement cloud-based analytics solutions for some of Finland’s leading organizations. From ETL and data modelling to visual analytics, your work will span the full data lifecycle. Depending on the project, you might focus more on backend data pipelines or pitch in on front-end reporting - flexibility and open-mindedness are key.

🧠 What You’ll Work With

• Azure-based solutions: Fabric, Synapse, Databricks, DBT
• Data engineering: Modern data warehouse architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, SQL
• BI tools: Power BI is primary, but exposure to Tableau/Qlik/Looker is a plus
• Optional: Python, R, C#, or Java for advanced data engineering or ML use cases

You’ll work with clients across a range of industries (no legacy systems here - all cloud), usually in teams of at least two per project to ensure solid delivery and support.

✅ Requirements

• 4+ years in data engineering or BI consulting
• Experience with Azure Data Platform, Databricks, or DBT (Snowflake also considered)
• Comfortable with data modeling, DW concepts, ETL, and BI reporting (e.g., Power BI)
• Finnish language fluency (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Flexible mindset - open to front-end/backend balance depending on the project
