Planner

Project Location: Helsinki

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor or Industrial Engineering

Must hold either a EU Passport

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality planning and scheduling support to the Project Manager.
• Manage, mentor, and guide junior planners as required.
• Review contract documentation to identify key scheduling and tracking requirements.
• Develop a detailed construction schedule based on the high-level target schedule and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) provided by the Project Manager.
• Assist in client schedule negotiations, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Load the schedule with labour and metrics, incorporating hours and quantities received from the Commercial Team.
• Develop and maintain trackers and reporting templates to monitor project progress.
• Create a fully integrated construction schedule in collaboration with the Main Contractor and Project Manager.
• Measure and track weekly progress and efficiency in consultation with the Site Team, formally validating this with the Commercial Team every 2-3 weeks.
• Identify and highlight potential risks and roadblocks to the project team and Lead Planner on an ongoing basis.

Qualification

• 5+ years' experience / demonstrate ability to develop and implement plans, monitor and control work
• Must be capable of producing project plans from design and commercial information
• Must be capable of coordinating the development of multiple project plans
• Microsoft Project / P6 or Equivalent Planning Software, Microsoft Office tools - Excellent report writing skills
