Our client is a fast-paced fintech company, and they are seeking motivated candidates for an exciting new opportunity. The ideal candidate will be available to start relatively quickly, with the option to begin on a fractional basis before transitioning to full-time. We are looking for individuals who are ready to hit the ground running and bring their expertise to the role.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Fintech/Financial Services or start-up.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Works to deadlines and roadmaps.
- Innovative and can-do and must-do mentality
- Mastery in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. 3+ years of experience with Kotlin.
- Demonstrable knowledge and deep understanding of Android SDK. Familiarity with Android Studio's Profiler and other optimization tools.
- Ability to accurately implement Android designs while considering user-centric design practices. Good UI/UX principles.
- Proficiency with ConstraintLayout, RecyclerView, and other layout components.
- Familiarity with libraries like Retrofit or OkHttp and a solid understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Good data storage knowledge. Demonstrable experience with solutions like SQLite, Room, or other local storage technologies.
- Comfortable with navigating the likes of Git and platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Unit and UI Testing: Familiarity with tools like JUnit, Espresso, and other testing frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of architectural patterns like MVC, MVP, MVVM, and MVI.
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Proficiency in conducting thorough code reviews to ensure quality and provide actionable feedback and advanced debugging skills.
- Secure coding practices and data-driven decision-making, using analytics and A/B testing results to guide technical choices.
- Understanding the broader product vision, prioritizing technical work accordingly and quickly building prototypes to validate product ideas.
- End-to-end product development with deep involvement from feature conception to deployment.
