Software Engineer

The Client:

EVONA is partnered with a company specialising in advanced satellite technology. This company focuses on precise monitoring of Earth's water resources, providing essential data and insights to address water-related challenges. Their innovative approach involves leveraging state-of-the-art satellite systems to improve global water management and sustainability efforts.

In this role you will:

• Develop scalable services like REST APIs and WebSockets.
• Establish multi-environment CI/CD pipelines for efficient code testing and deployment.
• Explore new tech, including Python data science tools, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Docker/Kubernetes/Argo.
• Bring 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript, and quick adaptability to new technologies.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, Docker, and microservices.
• Manage the entire software development life cycle from design to deployment, monitoring, and operations.
• Exhibit strong self-motivation, creative problem-solving, and effective collaboration within the team and with external partners.
