Business Analyst

Mission

We are looking for a talented and motivated business analyst/specifier to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of solution architectures, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to define solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
• Work collaboratively with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Conduct as-is/to-be analyses and recommend best practices for business processes.
• Document the proposed solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  
  

Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of solution design methodologies and UX/UI (User Experience/User Interface) practices, such as Design Thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in digital transformation projects is an advantage.
• Good level of English.
