What are you going to do?

• Develop detailed project plans, ensuring integration across systems, networks, databases, and security teams;
• Manage and coordinate project teams, assigning tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines;
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved;
• Maintain comprehensive records of all project phases;
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that could impact project success;
• Advise management on project-related matters and issues;
• Monitor and manage infrastructure resource capacity, optimizing system, network, and database usage;
• Optimize processes and resources to enhance performance and reduce redundancies;
• Collaborate with system and database administrators to forecast future needs and plan resource acquisitions;
• Plan hardware/software upgrades, migrations, and system integrations with minimal operational impact;
• Oversee business continuity strategies and disaster recovery, ensuring up-to-date and tested backup procedures;
• Ensure alignment with security best practices and compliance, supporting the implementation of security controls and monitoring.

What are we looking for?

• +8 years of professional experience in project management;
• Strong technical background with solid knowledge in IT infrastructure;
• Previous experience as a System Administrator (is a plus);
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (is a plus);
• Proficiency in reporting and data presentation;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities;
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking;
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written (mandatory);
• Knowledge of Spanish (is a plus).
