UX/UI Designer Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth reviews of current user interfaces, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to align user needs, business goals, and technical limitations.
• Analyse complex workflows to streamline processes and improve user experience.
• Design engaging, intuitive user interfaces through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Lead usability testing sessions and gather user insights to refine designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across platforms.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

UX/UI Designer Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to analyse and optimise complex workflows for enhanced user experience.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of web and mobile design principles.
