Our multidiscilinary and multicultural organization provides data services for analytics and AI applications to all Swisscom and beyond.

In this role, you are responsible for the effectiveness of one to two Lean Agile teams, developing and operating Swisscom's on-prem and cloud big data platforms and warehouses, BI tooling, data pipelines, data products and self-service applications.

• Proactively identify and resolve dependencies working with key stakeholders
• Guide the team to overcome obstacles and to deliver on committed objectives
• Coach the team in self-organization, relentless improvement, and built-in quality
• Lead by example with your lean approach and encourage others to follow suit
  
  
  

Your Skills

• Knowledge of Lean-Agile methodologies; Kanban, Scrum
• True and reliable team player: you do what you say and you say what you do
• Lean-Agile servant leadership and agile project management experience
• Understanding of modern data engineering and DevOps best practices
• Very good English; other national languages are an advantage
