Financial Analyst (Back Money Management)

As a Financial Analyst in our team, you’ll be working closely with your stakeholders in order to optimize financial results for a specific department in eMAG. You’ll achieve this by analyzing actuals, identifying business opportunities and risks, while understanding and correlating different business elements.

What You’ll Have To Do

• Being responsible for the supplier’s contractual and extracontractual discounts on a business segment.
• Ensure a proper registration and management of supplier’s discounts invoices in our system.
• Ensure that all discounts on the dedicated business segment are monitored and closed in due time with relevant invoices.
• Ensure a proper management of the dedicated discounts application.
• Prepare recurrent reports for company stakeholders or outside relevant institutes.
• Periodic performance monitoring, together with the commercial team, aiming to analyse results and identify existing risks and opportunities for future decisions and projects.
• Getting involved in different projects and constantly contributing to team efforts in becoming more efficient.
• Proposing and implementing different process or system improvements.
• Constantly simplifying work flows.
  
  

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Are passionate about Finance and you want to work in a dynamic environment.
• Are passionate about further developing your knowledge and skills.
• Have a University Degree in Economic Studies.
• Are an Excel master.
• Speak English fluently.
• 2 years of experience working in Accounting, Audit, Controlling or Financial Analysis.
• Have the ability to work with different groups and levels within an organization.
