An international company specializing in the development of modern operating systems for hosting providers is looking for a Lead SDET/QA Automation Engineer to join its team!
The organization has been on the market since 2009. The company's products are used by thousands of companies around the world, they have over 4,500 clients including Dell, GoDaddy, IBM, Zoom and others.
It is a fully remote company with flexible hours with a team mostly based in CET.
Respomsibilities:

It is a fully remote company with flexible hours with a team mostly based in CET.
Respomsibilities:
- Oversee testing from pre-release checks to nightly run analysis
- Set up and standardize test systems across teams independently
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and cases
- Drive quality through metrics, tools, and automated testing (Python, Jenkins)
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and test infrastructure
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth releases
- Document environments and continuously improve QA methodologies
- 6+ years general experience in QA
- 3+ years of experience in QA Automation
- 3+ years of hands-on commercial experience with Python
- Strong expertise in Linux
- Confident experience with Jenkins
- Deep understanding of CI/CD
- Bash/Shell scripting experience
- Practical experience with DevOps principles in automation engineering
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills (able to manage teams in English)
- Technical ownership experience
- Team leading experience
- Experience with Ansible, K8s
- Familiarity with C/C++/PHP/JavaScript
- Experience with performance and security testing
