• Interpret, manage, and clean large datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation models in integrated IT systems for commodity & Value-Added Services (VAS).
• Collaborate with the IT department to create and optimize dashboards tailored to each business unit.
• Manage the forecast process in partnership with the Performance Management team.
• Map and improve data-related processes with business teams to enhance information extraction.
• Automate access to hourly consumption behavior analytics to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing meaningful reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of machine learning models for demand forecasting and customer segmentation.
• Monitor and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts on best practices in data analysis and visualization.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in data analytics and recommend improvements for internal processes.
• Work with external data providers to integrate new data sources and enrich existing datasets.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance business intelligence and data governance.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• SQL Expertise – Strong SQL skills for writing and optimizing queries in relational databases such as AWS Redshift, PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL, and MySQL.
• BI & Data Visualization – Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense or Power BI for creating dashboards and reports.
• DAX & Scripting – Knowledge of DAX (Power BI) or Qlik scripting is preferred.
• Data Handling – Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses is a plus.
• ETL & Data Engineering – Understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to support data integration.
• Data Modeling – Ability to structure and optimize datasets for efficient reporting and analytics.
• Performance Optimization – Experience in tuning queries and improving dashboard performance for scalability and efficiency.
• Experience with CRM and ERP Systems (Salesforce, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to analyze large, complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Excellent Communication & Collaboration – Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and management.
• Business Acumen – Comfortable gathering requirements from business stakeholders and presenting findings in a clear, actionable manner.
• Troubleshooting Expertise – Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve data inconsistencies and reporting issues.
• Attention to Detail – Ensures data accuracy and consistency across reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
• Adaptability & Continuous Learning – Willingness to learn new technologies and adjust to evolving business needs.
• Technical-to-Business Translation – Ability to convert business needs into technical BI solutions that drive decision-making.
