We are recruiting a freelance Data Scientist role for a Swedish Client based in Gothenburg, Sweden:

Duration: 8 months + chance of extensions

Location: Gothenburg Onsite Working

Pay Rate: Negotiable

English Speaking Accepted

Job Role:

We are looking for a Data Scientist to provide support in one to two ongoing projects. The work will primarily involve exploratory analysis, method development, as well as the visualization and compilation of findings and communication with stakeholders. The projects utilize techniques such as geographical clustering, analysis of trajectories, and advanced data aggregation. You will work alongside other Data Scientists responsible for our delivery in the projects.

Skills Required:

• Exploratory data analysis on large datasets, method development, and data visualization in Python. Experience in analyzing positioning data is advantageous but not required.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and various technical roles.
• Experience with AWS and Databricks is advantageous.
• We expect you to be able to be on site in Gothenburg at least a few days a week.
