As a HR Specialist you support the Overseas HR Department and perform a variety of tasks in the field of general talent acquisitions, talent development functions.

As a HR Specialist you support the Overseas HR Department and perform a variety of tasks in the field of general talent acquisitions, talent development functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Employee Management
- Responsible for posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews, assisting in the completion of the recruitment process;
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, signing employment contracts, and managing employee records;
- Maintain and update employee information and HR files.
- Employee Relations Management
- Handle daily employee relations issues and resolve employee complaints and disputes;
- Organize employee activities to enhance team cohesion;
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and employee development plans, and follow up on execution results.
- Training and Development
- Assist in planning and organizing various employee training and development programs;
- Follow up on training effectiveness evaluations and provide improvement suggestions.
- Policy Implementation and Compliance Management
- Assist in the implementation and tracking of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance;
- Handle employee offboarding procedures to ensure the legality and standardization of labor contracts.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in human resources or related fields, with experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations preferred;
- Skills:
- Familiarity with Dutch labor law and relevant regulations;
- Proficiency in English as a working language, Dutch/Chinese is a plus;
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT);
- Strong communication, Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage a demanding workload on a daily basis, teamwork skills.
- Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, patient, highly responsible, and capable of working under pressure.
