Investment Associate

Our client, a leading private credit firm, is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join its dynamic and fast-growing investment team in Stockholm. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, focusing on identifying, structuring, and managing private credit investments across wide range of geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment of potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in structuring and executing private credit transactions, including documentation and negotiations.
• Monitor portfolio investments, prepare reports, and support ongoing risk management efforts.
• Develop investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with senior team members, borrowers, advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and credit risk factors.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private credit, leveraged finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent understanding of credit analysis, debt structuring, and risk assessment.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional Nordic language skills are a plus.
