Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Designing and producing advertising, media, and promotional materials for internal and external use.
• Managing website content updates and developing online catalogs.
• Overseeing press, promotion, and advertising activities.
• Coordinating corporate printed materials, including brochures, posters, and promotional items.
• Providing creative briefs to external agencies and vendors.
• Participating in media planning and media buying processes.
• Ensuring compliance of all printed and interactive materials with corporate identity guidelines.
• Designing and following up on exhibition stands for fairs, conferences, and corporate events.
• Conducting product photography and post-production editing.
• Managing and maintaining product image databases for online platforms.
• Preparing visual designs for packaging, labels, and marketing materials.
• Complying with workplace safety and quality policies and participating in risk assessments.

Requirements And Preferred Skills

• 2-4 years of experience
• Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience with Mac OS (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of 360 Spin and Still Photography.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, web image uploads, and content management.
• Knowledge of packaging and label design based on customer and internal demands.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners (advertising agencies, printers, vendors).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• English proficiency is preferred.
