Mid/Senior UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a Mid/Senior UI/UX Designer to join our UI/UX Department and collaborate with Artists, Game Designers, and Developers. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of game genres, platforms, and audiences, helping to shape immersive and intuitive player experiences through top-tier UI/UX design.

What you will do

Design engaging and intuitive UI/UX solutions that align with client visions and industry standards
Translate concepts into User Flows, Wireframes, and UI Mockups to support product definition and development
Identify UI/UX challenges and create data-driven design solutions to enhance usability and engagement
Create UI Kits and High-Fidelity designs to be implemented on engine
Collaborate closely with Game Designers to deliver best-in-class UX
Optimize interfaces using player feedback, metrics, and KPIs
Work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across departments

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design for games
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Expert knowledge in Photoshop and Figma
Ability to design UI/UX for various game genres and audiences
Solid understanding of UX Design, including Competitor Analysis, User Flows, Affinity Maps, and Mid-Fidelity Wireframes
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Experience working closely with Art and Programming teams
Deep knowledge of gaming industry trends across PC, Console, and Mobile
Proactive, adaptable, and self-driven with a passion for delivering high-quality work

Desirable Pluses

Experience working with Unity and/or Unreal Engine
Motion Design skills (After Effects, Animate, Rive)
Illustration skills
