Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead agile processes in a team of experienced professionals. You will work on an innovative project in the education sector, ensuring smooth collaboration, agile best practices, and continuous delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Remove roadblocks and foster team collaboration.
• Ensure agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with product owners and development teams.
• Track and optimize sprint progress using agile tools.
  
  

Profile / Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency (B2/C1) for an international work environment.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
