Job Purpose

A core professional relationship role responsible to develop new to bank customer relationships, providing advise/solutions based on thorough analysis of customer needs.

Job Content

New accounts

Market of new borrowing and non-borrowing relationships as per the acceptable risk

parameters and the target market.

Cross Sell

Active cross sell banks solutions across cash management, trade finance, global markets & treasury, international to optimize overall returns.

Relationship Management

Take personal responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of key relationships to leverage business achievement.

Account Reviews

Regularly review account performance and make appropriate recommendations for optimizing returns.

Compliance

Comply with the approved policies, procedures and norms to protect the organization’s and customers interests.

Staff supervision

Good co-ordination with support staff. Staff development.

Communication

Excellent business communication skills.

Education

Finance/Accounting Graduate

CFA/Masters in Business Administration

Experiences

Banking – 6 – 8 years

UAE Experience – 4 years

Corporate Banking – 5 years
