As a Software Engineering Consultant, you'll take a hands-on role in technical implementations while also serving as a key advisor to stakeholders. Despite being relatively new to the market, this team is experienced and values input from their consultants, allowing you to have a say in the projects you work on and, more importantly, take ownership of them.

Key skills required:

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with C#, Java, or other Object-Oriented backend languages
• Confidence in collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently or within a project team
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once
• Fluency in Norwegian is a must
