Finance Analyst - Emirati Talent

Under the supervision of the Controller, this role is responsible for professional accounting and administrative tasks related to leases, trade licenses, and accommodation costing for an individual company or a group. The focus is on accurate financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and system management using SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease Accounting (Head Lease):
• Manage lease agreements in SAP, verify entries, ensure timely payments, and perform month-end closing and IFRS 16 provisioning.
• Trade License Management:
• Account for trade license expenses, verify documentation, process payments, and handle month-end reconciliation.
• Accommodation Costing:
• Gather rent and utility data, process cost allocations, ensure accurate payroll coordination, and reconcile accounts monthly.
• Reconciliations:
• Monthly reconciliation of control accounts for leases, trade licenses, and accommodation.
• EPPCO Managed Sites:
• Handle quarterly profit finalization, process required accounting entries, communicate with third parties, and coordinate with Marketing and Network Development for payments.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance
• Experience: 5–6 years
• Skills: Strong SAP knowledge, good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
