Product Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our AI/ML team in Abu Dhabi. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI/ML products, driving their development from ideation to launch, and ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Define the product vision and strategy for AI/ML products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer requirements.

Product Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers, to develop and deliver AI/ML products.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Prioritize features, set goals, and manage the product backlog.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product ideas, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and results to senior management and other stakeholders.

Market and Customer Insights:

• Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and usage data to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Conduct user testing and gather customer feedback to refine product features and functionality.

Performance Monitoring:

• Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimise product performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on AI/ML products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, trends, and applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
