About the role
Global Role | DTC Shop – US, UK, Europe & UAE
This is an exciting global opportunity at Parfum de Marly for an E-commerce Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online shops across key markets, including the US, UK, Europe, and the UAE. As a key player in our global digital strategy, you will ensure a seamless, high-performing e-commerce experience that aligns with our brand’s luxury identity and enhances customer engagement worldwide.
The E-commerce Manager will be at the heart of our digital platforms, overseeing user experience, content strategy, and technical enhancements. Acting as a strategic coordinator, you will collaborate with technical, design, and marketing teams to deliver a consistent, engaging, and conversion-driven digital journey for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
User Experience (UX/UI) Optimization
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to enhance design, navigation, and fix the basics (PDP, Homepage, PLP).
• Collaborate with CRO (Web analyst) to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
• Implement improvements to streamline the conversion funnel.
• Ensure flawless execution of optimizations during site launches and updates.
• Daily updates and optimization of the website based on our Animation Plan, product performance, and product launches.
Content Management and Editorial Strategy
• Ensure content aligns with brand identity and user expectations: Brief and Guide the content team on our requirements and needs.
• Conduct competitive analysis of user journeys for insights and future activations.
• Coordinate with content teams to ensure timely delivery of Always-On content, launch kits, and campaigns.
• Optimize web content to boost engagement and SEO.
• Collaborate with communication teams to align editorial content with brand strategy.
Collaboration with Technical & Digital Marketing Teams
• Work with developers (external agency) to implement our Yearly Roadmap, managing the process from briefing to project execution and go-live..
• Have a comprehensive understanding of our Shopify Theme to make changes and optimize sections directly in the Back Office.
• Collaborate with CRM and data teams to enhance personalization in the customer experience.
• Ensure cross-device compatibility (mobile, desktop
Role - Specific Skills:
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles (navigation, digital ergonomics, wireframing)
Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Hotjar, etc.)
Ability to manage digital projects with internal and external teams
Strong understanding of SEO and content strategy
Attention to detail and analytical mindset
Project management and team coordination skills
Desired Background and Experience:
🎓 Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in digital marketing, UX design, e-commerce, or digital communication
📅 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, UX, or e-commerce
🖥 Experience with CMS tools (Shopify), CRM, and marketing automation
🚀 Innovative mindset, proactive attitude, and business-oriented approach
