We are seeking a skilled and motivated UX-Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in refining and enhancing our UX framework and design system, ensuring a seamless, user-centric experience across multiple products. Through user research, testing, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will help improve usability, maintain design consistency, and contribute to delivering high-quality user experiences.

The ideal candidate has a strong user-centric mindset, showing empathy for users and a commitment to delivering intuitive, accessible, and effective designs. They demonstrate attention to detail, ensuring consistency and accessibility, while approaching design challenges with analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
Highly collaborative, they value knowledge sharing, foster a supportive team environment, and work independently in a fast-paced, evolving setting. With curiosity and a data-driven mindset, they actively seek to understand user behavior, adapt to changing priorities, and bring fresh ideas to the design process.
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is essential. The candidate can clearly articulate design concepts, research findings, and user insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, confidently present and justify decisions, and facilitate workshops to gather input and align teams. Strong listening skills ensure feedback is integrated effectively, and all documentation is clear, professional, and aligned with UX best practices.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated UX-Designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Evolve and maintain the UX framework and design system, ensuring consistency and usability across products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions and enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to design and deliver user-centered solutions.
- Clearly communicate and justify design decisions, research findings, and user insights to stakeholders and teams.
- Promote UX best practices and contribute to building a strong design culture across the organization.
- Proven experience in UX-design, applying a structured approach to ensure clarity, usability, and consistency.
- Proficiency with design systems and UX frameworks, particularly in Figma.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams while also demonstrating independence and self-direction.
- Data-driven mindset with curiosity to understand user behavior and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Background in interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Passion for user research and a solid grasp of design thinking methodologies.
