Program Management Office Analyst

Role Overview

The Program Analyst will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making, ensuring alignment of the project pipeline with our strategic goals, and enhancing operational performance through detailed analytics, reporting, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project performance, KPIs, and risks for senior stakeholders.
• Evaluate and enhance project management processes to boost efficiency and alignment with best practices.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring adherence to standards and quality.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with engineering, finance, operations, and external vendors.
• Assist in resource planning, vendor performance tracking, and change control management.
• Provide data analytics and scenario modelling to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop training material and guidance on project tracking and performance analysis tools.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program analysis, PMO, or project controls (aviation/construction preferred)
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
