Junior Project Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join an events agency in Dubai. You’ll work closely with Account Directors and the Project Director to bring bold, creative experiences to life — from concept to flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own projects from brief to execution under the guidance of the Project Director
• Build and maintain detailed project plans — including resources, timeframes, and budgets
• Research, brainstorm, and develop creative ideas and presentations
• Prepare slick and engaging decks for internal and client use
• Manage vendors, contracts, and negotiate like a pro
• Coordinate logistics and ensure everything is delivered on time and within scope
• Maintain strong, clear, and consistent communication with clients
• Attend and manage events on-site as and when needed
• Keep stakeholders informed, happy, and confident — without overpromising or underdelivering

Must-Haves:

• Min 2 – 5 years of hands-on event industry experience within the UAE
• Proven success in a similar role with client-facing responsibilities
• Strong grasp of budgeting, timelines, logistics, and supplier management
• Proficiency in event/project management software and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required
• Experience in an Events Agency based in Dubai

Salary approx 10 - 14,000 AED per month.
