Position: Private Equity Analyst

Location: London

An established private equity investment platform with a strategic focus on the gaming and entertainment sector is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its growing team. Backed by a well-capitalised European investment group, the fund operates with a long-term perspective, investing in scalable businesses across online gaming, tech, and digital entertainment.

This is a rare opportunity to transition from investment banking into the buy-side, working with a high-calibre team on both new investments and active portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support deal teams across the full investment lifecycle: origination, due diligence, execution, and monitoring
• Build detailed financial models, perform valuations, and contribute to investment committee materials
• Conduct market and competitor research within the global gaming and digital entertainment space
• Work closely with portfolio company management teams on strategic and operational initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in investment banking or M&A advisory
• Strong analytical skills with solid financial modelling and valuation experience
• Demonstrated interest in gaming, tech, or digital sectors
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and in lean deal teams
• European language skills a plus, but not required
