About the position:
As the Scrum Master, you will be a servant leader who empowers the Scrum Team to deliver high-quality products by facilitating collaboration, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and delivering transformative solutions to support our mission of advancing healthcare through cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities:
● Facilitating the Scrum process, ensuring that all Scrum events are effectively organized and conducted.
● Coaching the Development Team and the Product Owner on the principles and practices of Scrum, helping them understand their roles and responsibilities within the framework.
● Serving the Scrum Team by removing impediments to their progress, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed, and protecting them from external distractions.
● Ensuring that the Scrum Team adheres to the values, principles, and practices of Scrum.
● Resolving conflicts within the team and facilitates constructive communication and collaboration among team members.
● Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the team and the organization.
● Acting as a liaison between the Scrum Team and stakeholders, ensuring that stakeholders understand the progress of the project and providing transparency into the development process.
Who you are:
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related study
● 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments, with a deep understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and methodologies.
● Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to lead by example, motivate team members, and inspire a culture of self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address complex impediments and issues hindering the team's progress.
● Conflict resolution and negotiation, with the ability to handle challenging situations and foster constructive dialogue among team members and stakeholders.
● Experience in effectively managing relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
● An asset is at least one Scrum Certification like scaled certification (SAFe 5, SCRUM Master), PSMI, AGILE PMConsultant (SPC), or other advanced Agile certifications
● Strong verbal and written communication skills, including conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively, facilitating meetings, and influencing decision-making.

● Maintain training materials and user guide
● Support product owner and superuser
Requirements:
● Practical experience: 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis/consultancy or similar role.
● Domain knowledge in supply chain management, logistics, manufacturing, or QA, preferably in healthcare industry
● Hands on experience in SAP as advanced users or functional experts
● Experience in data analysis and tools such as BI, SQL, Database, Tableau.
● Basic understanding of such compliance requirements as GxP, Validation, IT security, GDPR etc.
● Familiar with IT system development methodologies, especially Agile.
●Experience in Scrum master role desirable. Soft and business skills:

● Translating requirements into specifications, ability to use precise technical language, creating high-quality documentation
● Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions, strong problem-solving skills . Ability to influence decision making through analysis
● Good understanding of agile software development processes and principles; understanding of waterfall processes and differences between the two approaches,
● Knowledge of Scrum framework and roles
● Requirements management throughout their lifecycle, ensuring requirements are tracked and traced, the ability to manage changes in requirements effectively
● Clear formulation of ideas, providing the right level of details to the specific stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of objectives and requirements
● Curiosity and analytical thinking, ability to ask the right questions, ability to challenge requirements and business process
● Good knowledge of techniques of workshop facilitation
● Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
● Knowledge of UX aspects and how to collaborate with UX specialist, knowledge of User-Centered Design process
● Understanding the customer experience, prototyping and designing basic wireframes
● Ability to plan, organize and structure work, ability to estimate and deliver tasks within scheduled dates
● Ability to lead the team (organize & coordinate work)
● Ability to share knowledge and train others Working closely with developers, testers, solution architects etc.
