AI R&D Engineer (2025 Graduate Program)

About the Role

Are you excited by artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), and building smart tools that make a difference? We’re looking for a passionate AI R&D Engineer to join our team in developing next-generation internal intelligent service platforms. You’ll work on practical applications such as chatbots and enterprise Q&A systems, using technologies like NLP, LLMs, and AI Agents to boost organizational productivity through conversational AI.

This is a full-time entry-level role designed for recent graduates eager to work on real-world AI systems, contribute from day one, and grow their technical expertise in a high-impact team.

What You’ll Do

Build and Enhance Core AI Modules

• Develop components such as text preprocessing, semantic understanding, dialogue management, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Optimize the performance and accuracy of internal chatbot and Q&A functionalities.

Explore, Prototype, and Innovate

• Stay on top of AI advancements including prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and agent-based workflows.
• Propose new approaches and experiment with applying them to our internal use cases.

Collaborate Across Functions

• Partner with product managers, algorithm engineers, and backend developers to bring features to life.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Python; familiar with Linux development environments.
• Solid foundation in NLP concepts; interest or experience in building chatbot or Q&A systems.
• Familiarity with Transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT) and core LLM architecture.
• Bonus: knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks.
