We are currently recruiting an Agile Coach to guide and support our teams in adopting and implementing Agile practices, with a focus on Scrum and Kanban.


This role aims to enhance team performance, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. The Agile Coach will work closely with teams, leaders, and stakeholders to promote Agile principles and practices across the organization, driving efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.


Responsibilities


Coaching and Mentoring:

  • Guide teams in understanding and applying Agile principles and practices, with an emphasis on Scrum and Kanban.
  • Mentor Product Owners, and team members to build high-performing Agile teams.
  • Provide coaching and support to leadership and stakeholders in their Agile journey.

Facilitation and Training:

  • Develop and deliver Agile training sessions and workshops to teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist teams in establishing effective workflows, work-in-progress limits, and other Agile techniques.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to reflect on their processes and adjust as needed.
  • Help teams to identify and remove impediments, ensuring smooth delivery of work.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Change Management:

  • Guide the organization through the change management process.
  • Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns and address them effectively.
  • Encourage a mindset of agility, adaptability, and resilience throughout the organization.


The role is offered on a regular, full-time employment contract basis (no freelancing).


Your profile


  • 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in a similar Agile role.
  • Solid experience with Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
  • Mastery of Agile principles and practices, including backlog management and iterative delivery.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools and software.
  • A good understanding of Agile metrics, OKRs, KPIs, and how to use them to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring teams in Agile adoption and maturity.
  • An ability to create clear and effective training materials and conduct engaging workshops.
  • Self-motivated, keen to take initiative, and work well as part of a team.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Fluency in English.
