Private Equity Analyst

A leading Lower-Middle Market Investment firm are looking to onboard a Private Equity Senior Analyst to join their team in Miami, FL!

The fund is brought up by very well known and respected individuals in the industry, and as a Senior Analyst you would get the chance to work with Senior members at the firm and get access to incomparable deal exposure and visibility.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 1-2 years of direct experience in Investment Banking with a focus on Industrials, Consumer, Business Services or Manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; modeling expertise required.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Job brief:

• Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence on potential private equity investments across diverse sectors.
• Support deal execution by preparing investment memos, coordinating with legal and advisory teams, and managing data rooms.
• Monitor portfolio companies' performance, track KPIs, and assist in value creation initiatives alongside management teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify investment themes, evaluate market trends, and support fundraising activities.
