Gen AI Engineer

Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models, including large language models (LLMs), to solve complex problems in the financial /health/ state and local/cyber industry. Build production-grade AI/ML systems and data products that can be reliably deployed and scaled. Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, data scientists, and software engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Continuously optimize and improve AI/ML models and systems to enhance performance and business impact. Communicate technical concepts and model capabilities to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Stay up to date with developments in AI/ML. Bachelor's degree is required. Minimum TWO (2) years of experience in building production-grade AI/ML systems and data products using best practices in software engineering. Ability to analyze large and complex data sets, with strong aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis focused on financial services use cases. Excellent programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant frameworks. Ability to identify and address client needs, build relationships, design, and implement solutions.
