Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
ExecX is the thought leadership engine that drives forward-looking industry-leading sales and business storytelling for Google's Large Customer Sales team and the Ads business. This team, encompassing Strategic Intelligence, Scale and Enablement Accelerators, and Leadership and Innovation Labs and Summits, partners with LCS to deliver exceptional stories and experiences for customers. We ensure that Google, customers, and the broader ecosystem successfully navigate the future of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and marketing, and can build a better business for the long-term.
The Leadership and Innovation Labs and Summits team is the driving catalyst behind Google's premier executive engagement initiatives. We curate and deliver transformative experiences that foster strategic dialogue, inspire innovation, and strengthen executive partnerships. Through immersive labs, high-profile summits, and bespoke engagements, this team unlocks the power of Google's thought leadership, connecting the most valued customers with the insights and solutions they need to navigate the complexities of AI and the future of marketing.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, account planning, marketing research or consulting, strategy consulting, or sales leadership.
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Experience in managing and building teams.
- Experience managing large teams with significant scopes operating in complex environments.
- Experience working with CXO/executive stakeholders (LCS Director+ or equivalent) on experience design and thought leadership programming at an experience-led organization.
- Experience working with AI, Ads and technology innovations across CXO, CMO and x-industry groups.
- Ability to think big and to see big-picture/detail focused to drive excellence.
- Ability to understand business issues, and to easily link CXO topics and agendas to executive programming.
- Ability to challenge executive audiences, with dynamic and compelling facilitators and presenters.

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of facilitators, evangelists and program managers to deliver executive experiences and advocate a forward-thinking strategy for Google's America Executive Experiences, align with business objectives/customer needs.
- Lead development of innovative executive program offerings, formats, content, and experiences that resonate with C-suite audiences and maximize impact.
- Collaborate with Executives, Strategic Insight Leads, Cross-Product Area teams to understand strategic priorities, industry challenges, and trends, translating insights into high-value programs.
- Forge strong partnerships with Sales Leadership to ensure experience strategy delivers against sales objectives and oversee the development of insightful content, lab experiences and speaker bureau to enhance Google's thought leadership.
- Drive agile delivery to respond to market shifts, innovate to lead, and meet evolving priorities while continuously optimizing the effectiveness of programs to maximize ROI and long-term impact.
