Duration of Assignment : 06 Months contract to hire role

Pay Range $55.00/hr to $60.00/hr

Job Description:

​ Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for digital media operations? We're looking for a Media & Ad Operations Specialist to join our growing team and help us streamline campaign execution, support procurement, and enhance cross-functional workflows in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Execution & Media Operations

• Execute QA across platforms including The Trade Desk (TTD), Meta, and Google/YouTube
• Monitor and analyze audience match rates between Live Ramp and ad platforms
• Assist with audience segment curation and destination account management
• Support deal ID creation on platforms like PubMatic

What we are looking for :

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in media or ad operations
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
• Familiar with ad tech platforms: The Trade Desk, Meta Ads, Google Ads, PubMatic, Amazon DSP
• Experience with tools like LiveRamp, boostr, Coupa, Smartsheet is a plus
• Exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
• Clear and confident communicator, able to collaborate across diverse teams
