  • The role involves ensuring compliance with various policies and frameworks when decommissioning legacy software or migrating data
  • Requires understanding of documentation requirements to provide evidence of control operation in a highly regulated FSI environment
  • Excellent communication skills necessary for high-stress, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ServiceNow is desirable
  • Previous experience in financial services sector (banking, finance, insurance, etc.) is mandatory.
