Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive IT Coordinator to manage and maintain our IT systems and networks. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support, coordinate IT projects, manage hardware/software procurement, and ensure the smooth operation of our tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, and in-person
  

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
  

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and systems performance
  

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services
  

• Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures
  

• Maintain IT documentation including system configurations, inventory, and access logs
  

• Manage user accounts and access permissions
  

• Support onboarding/offboarding processes with appropriate tech setups
  

• Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols are followed
  

  
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support or coordination role
  

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, and network troubleshooting
  

• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and asset management
  

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Workspace)
  

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
  

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL)
