Our client, a leading and fast-growing consulting firm, is seeking a highly accomplished Director who will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to drive the company's growth and success. This is a high-impact role with a leading consulting firm specializing in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), where you will shape the business, expand market presence, and ensure service excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals
• Lead business development initiatives and drive revenue growth
• Cultivate and manage executive-level client relationships
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality GRC advisory services
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk controls
• Represent the firm at industry forums and stakeholder events

Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of leadership experience in GRC or professional services
• Proven ability to scale and transform consulting businesses
• Prior experience in a Big 4 firm strongly preferred
• MBA or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated success in driving client engagement and profitability
