Work Location: Oman


We are seeking a Delivery and Service Manager to oversee our operations in the Oman market. The ideal candidate will have experience in both delivery and service sectors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. This position is based in Oman.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Delivery Management :

Execute product delivery tasks in Oman according to directives from the Dubai headquarters.

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery operations.

Monitor delivery performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

  • Service Operations :

Manage service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement service strategies that align with company goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Train and support service teams to enhance their skills and performance.


Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in delivery or service management, preferably in the Oman market.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and service operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
