Job Description

We are looking for an HR Administrator with a passion for people operations and a strong ability to manage HR processes efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Managing HR documentation in information systems such as HiBob/1C ZUP (processing hiring, transfers, terminations, leaves, etc.).
• Ensuring the accuracy and relevance of data in the HiBob system.
• Working with accounting systems 1C and 1C ZUP. Inputting and updating employee information.
• Generate HR documents in 1C ZUP. Participating in the development and implementation of HR procedures and policies.
• Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in HR administration.
• Proficiency in working with 1C and 1C ZUP (mandatory).
• Paying high attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of information.
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and teamwork abilities.
• At least an Intermediate level of English
• Native Ukrainian is required
  
  

Nice to have:

Experience with HR management systems (HiBob is a plus) and strong knowledge of Excel
