Role & Responsibilities

What we need ?

  • Relevant years of experience in end to end Talent acquisition activities such as – strategic sourcing , stakeholder management, data management . preferred hiring skills - SAP , azure , MS dynamics , cloud .
  • Strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship development skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
  • Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability.

Responsibilities

Recruiter /Sourcer :

  • Works closely with the business for hiring plans ensuring accuracy in the gathering of numbers.
  • Attracting talent through various job boards – Naukri , Linkedin & drive sourcing through unconventional channels .
  • Proactively mapping candidates through industry & build pool .
  • Screening quality candidates for better conversion rate .
  • Conducting and liaising interviews for the assessment of the sourced candidates to check fitment with the needs and requirements of the business.
  • Engaging stakeholder/business during the entire hiring journey .
  • Ensuring relevant monthly reports are presented to the Practice/ Business leadership group
