Role & Responsibilities

What we need ?

Relevant years of experience in end to end Talent acquisition activities such as – strategic sourcing , stakeholder management, data management . preferred hiring skills - SAP , azure , MS dynamics , cloud .
Strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship development skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability.

Responsibilities

Recruiter /Sourcer :

Works closely with the business for hiring plans ensuring accuracy in the gathering of numbers.
Attracting talent through various job boards – Naukri , Linkedin & drive sourcing through unconventional channels .
Proactively mapping candidates through industry & build pool .
Screening quality candidates for better conversion rate .
Conducting and liaising interviews for the assessment of the sourced candidates to check fitment with the needs and requirements of the business.
Engaging stakeholder/business during the entire hiring journey .
Ensuring relevant monthly reports are presented to the Practice/ Business leadership group
