Job Summary

Responsibilities: ¿ Provide expert technical support for Google AI Studio and the Gemini API, including its SDKs (Python, Javascript, Go, Java, REST). ¿ Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in developer codebases integrating with the Gemini API. ¿ Assist developers with API implementation, optimization, and best practices for features like function calling, embeddings, and fine tuning. ¿ Understand and explain the underlying architecture and capabilities of Gemini models and the API. ¿ Collaborate with engineering teams to identify, reproduce, and escalate bugs or feature requests. ¿ Maintain SDKs on GitHub, addressing issues and submitting pull requests. ¿ Potentially develop sample code, technical guides, or tools to aid the developer community. ¿ Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to GenAI/LLM concepts and implementation. Minimum Qualifications: ¿ Bachelor's or Master¿s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. ¿ Strong software development experience in two or more general purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Javascript). ¿ Experience working with APIs (REST, gRPC) and debugging integration issues. ¿ Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms). ¿ Excellent problem solving, debugging, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: ¿ Experience building applications using cloud platforms and APIs. ¿ Familiarity or direct experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and tools like Google AI Studio or the Gemini API. ¿ Experience in a technical support, developer relations, solutions engineering, or software engineering role involving external users/developers. ¿ Experience contributing to or maintaining SDKs or developer tools. ¿ Understanding of system design principles
