Supply Chain Executive

Job Description:

• Primarily responsible for Co-ordination between Internal Stake holders and Vendors
• Responsible for making the dispatches from factory and Internal stock transfer between CFA/Warehouses based on Forecast.
• Sharing the Purchase order with P2P Manufactures and follow- up with to get the products on time and communicate the information to the Internal Stake holders.
• Co-ordination with our production team and prioritise the production plan
• Maintain Inventory days in all CFA/Warehouses
• Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in any discipline

Experience:

• 2 -3 Years experience as a supply chain Executive or in a similar field
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
• Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)
• Strong communication skills
