As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and build cutting-edge products and cloud solutions, solving complex challenges that drive the evolution of our platform.

What You’ll Deliver:

• Business-critical, highly configurable, scalable and reliable cloud services used throughout our organisation
• Solutions to continually improve our growing software estate

What You’ll Bring:

• You will be able to convey complex ideas with clarity and confidence.
• C# & .NET Expert – Deep expertise in building robust, scalable applications.
• Strong experience with TDD or BDD to ensure high-quality code.
• Skilled in designing high-availability systems with performance monitoring and fault tolerance.
• Hands-on experience in building distributed, decoupled systems.
• Solid grasp of core architecture principles and best practices.
• Experienced with both relational and document databases.
• Strong advocate for Agile methodologies, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

We would love you to know or learn

• Azure cloud with Functions or Web APIs (equivalent AWS experience considered)
• Distributed event streaming (Kafka or similar)
• DevOps experience with modern CI/CD pipeline development and support, such as Team City, GitHub Actions or Octopus
• PowerShell
