Summary

We are seeking a Principal AI Agent Engineer to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI agent systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in AI, LLMs, and autonomous decision-making, who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will drive the design and integration of AI-powered solutions, mentor a team of engineers, and work closely with senior stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of AI agent modules, ensuring high-quality and business-aligned solutions.
• Act as the primary technical interface for senior business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, fostering innovation and best engineering practices.
• Architect and implement scalable AI agent systems leveraging LLMs, RAG, reinforcement learning, and autonomous decision-making.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI agents with enterprise applications and existing tech stacks.
• Drive experimentation, rapid prototyping, and iterative development of AI-driven solutions.
  
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software engineering, including leading AI/ML initiatives.
• Proven experience developing AI agents, autonomous systems, or conversational AI.
• Expertise in LLM-driven architectures, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and Hugging Face.
• Deep understanding of multi-agent systems, decision-making algorithms, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Go.
• Solid grasp of DevOps, MLOps, and scalable AI infrastructure.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business leaders.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
