Java/Kotlin Engineer - Quant Trading - £200k+

Paragon are working with a a $25BN AUM quant fund who were up 38% in 2024, off the back of this they are scaling aggressively.

We have been mandated to find an elite Java/Kotlin Engineer to come in and focus on building a next gen risk/p&L system from the ground up. This modern and scalable platform will provide the basis for analytics models used firm wise in their systematic trading efforts, as well as post trade risk calculations.

The project is still in its nascent stages, so there will be a chance to be instrumental in how this platform looks moving forward.
