PHP Developer

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize core modules of a large-scale CRM system
  • Analyze complex business requirements and design effective, scalable technical solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested PHP code (preferably with Laravel or Symfony)
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and QA engineers to ensure timely delivery
  • Contribute to system architecture discussions and participate in technical decision-making
  • Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews to uphold code quality standards

 

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Mandarin speaker (required for internal communication)
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development
  • Solid understanding of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony, with real-world project experience
  • Familiarity with MySQL, Redis, and data modeling
  • Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Solid grasp of HTTP/HTTPS and RESTful API design principles
  • Strong coding habits, with knowledge of common refactoring techniques
  • Good command of written and reading English (for documentation and technical materials)
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
