Junior Assistant Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Assistant Product Manager with a strong IT background and a basic understanding of computer architecture. The ideal candidate will support our product management team by handling data organization and reporting tasks, assisting in streamlining workflows between product managers, account managers, and distributors to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, tracking, and reporting of MSI’s products.
• Analyze product data and generate reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external distributors to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product strategy.
• Maintain accurate product documentation and ensure internal databases are up to date.
• Support pricing and inventory coordination to optimize stock availability across distributors.
• Ensure data accuracy and improve process efficiency to support the overall product lifecycle.

Your Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, gaming products, or business IT solutions.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
• Familiarity with web scraping is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Technical Knowledge: A strong passion for cutting-edge PC hardware and technology, with familiarity with MSI products being a plus. Basic understanding of computer architecture and product lifecycle management is beneficial.
• Analytical & Reporting Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for reporting; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
